1.1 About These Terms

These terms and conditions govern your purchase and use of online training courses provided by RestorationX ("we", "us", "our") via www.restorationx.co.uk. By purchasing or accessing a course, you agree to these terms.

1.2 Course Access

Upon successful purchase, you will be granted access to your chosen course(s) for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Access is granted to the named purchaser only and is non-transferable. You must not share your login credentials or course content with any third party.

1.3 Nature of Training

All courses are developed to CPD-aligned learning standards and are designed to support professional development in the restoration industry. RestorationX courses are not currently accredited by any external CPD body or regulatory authority. Certificates of Completion are issued by RestorationX and do not constitute a regulated qualification, accredited award, or licence to practise. It is the learner's responsibility to ensure that any training undertaken meets the requirements of their employer, insurer, or regulatory body.

1.4 Assessment & Certification

A pass mark of 75% (30 out of 40 questions) is required to receive a Certificate of Completion. Learners may re-attempt assessments up to 3 times within their access period. Further attempts are not permitted. Certificates are issued digitally upon successful completion and are the property of the learner.

1.5 Intellectual Property

All course content, including text, images, diagrams, and assessments, is the intellectual property of RestorationX and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without prior written consent.

1.6 Refunds

All course purchases are non-refundable. As our courses are digital products, access is granted immediately upon purchase. By completing your purchase and accessing course content, you acknowledge and agree that no refund will be issued. In the event of a course being materially misdescribed or containing significant technical errors preventing access, RestorationX reserves the right to offer a course credit at its sole discretion. 1.7 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. Liability Disclaimer

The training courses provided by RestorationX are intended for educational and professional development purposes only.

• RestorationX makes every effort to ensure course content is accurate and current at the time of publication. However, we accept no liability for any errors, omissions, or outdated information within course materials.
• Completion of a RestorationX course does not guarantee competence, qualification, or compliance with any regulatory, legal, or insurance requirement.
• RestorationX accepts no liability for any loss, injury, damage, or claim arising directly or indirectly from the application of knowledge or techniques described in our training materials.
• Learners working in environments involving hazardous materials, structural damage, or health risks must always follow current legislation, employer procedures, and seek appropriate professional advice.
• Nothing in this disclaimer limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

3. Refund Policy

All course purchases are non-refundable.
